Since The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce conducted a four-consecutive day trade mission in Haiti, many investors and businessmen have expressed strong eagerness to establish and conduct business in the country. The trade group has expressed optimism that those expressions of interests can be a reliable and worthwhile indication that indeed the Haitian economic state is on the verge of becoming promising once again. Observers note that this could be the answer to the constant prayers of millions of Haitians.

It is a common fact that Haiti is currently living in very challenging times. Economic crunches are affecting almost all nations around the world, but the impact of those difficulties is magnified in Haiti. However, numerous people and business analysts are positive that the country would soon rise and in a rapid manner. The Haitian government would also be able to generate revenues to fund government and development initiatives in the country.

However, many business observers advise Haiti to pursue several infrastructure projects so that development and progress in the country would be continuous in the near future. Social turmoil and a high crime rate should also be curtailed and resolved. Back on the positive note, analysts are expecting that Haiti would very much be poised to attain rebirth and economic development.

One definite source of business relationship between Haiti and the Bahamas is exportation of agricultural goods and other products. Because commodities and basic goods are less costly and cheap in Haiti, the country can export some of their goods and resources to the Bahamas and other offshore destinations. If such a trade relationship would flourish and continue, for sure, Haiti would soon be on the verge of economic boost and redevelopment.
